Join Dr. LaShonda for a virtual group that will walk you through using the Healing Reflections Journal. The 30-day group will begin on October 24th. We will meet via Zoom to explore healing the mind, body, and spirit through open dialogue and activities. Meetings will be held on Thursdays at 6pm EST. Meetings will be recorded and shared for those that are not available at that time.
