What is H.E.A.L?

H.E.A.L: Holistically Evolve Align & Live

H.E.A.L is a nonprofit ministry that provides various services that assist individuals on their journey to heal their mind, body, and spirit. Services include retreats, empowerment trips, coaching, and other events. HEAL promotes spiritual growth through inner healing.

Services are provided by H.E.A.L Team Members. The H.E.A.L team consists of coaches trained to help well adjusted individuals with barriers to present day issues. Though therapeutic in nature, coaching is not therapy and those in need of therapy will be referred to a licensed therapist.

What is a holistic approach?

1 Thessalonians 5:23 NIV

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our mind (soul), body and spirit are connected.  A holistic approach addresses each of these three components of the individual. To address issues and see true change, we must consider every aspect of one's being. The H.E.A.L acronym is also a process of inner healing using a holistic approach.

Step 1: Holistically Evolve

Begin by asking God to reveal what needs to change in your mind, body and spirit so that you can grow and HOLISTICALLY EVOLVE.

Step 2: Align

ALIGN by connecting with God in a new way. Build your relationship with God by spending more time in his presence.

Step 3: Live

LIVE. Don't just exist, live your full and healed life as God intended.
